Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba (1926- 2011  ) lived in the village of Puttaparthi, Andra Pradesh, India.  As the second incarnation of the Sai Trinity, Bhagwan Baba worked to uplift the consciousness of mankind.  There are countless service projects including free hospitals, schools and water projects.  As a proponent of the unity of all faiths, Bhagwan Baba taught the five human values which underpin all religions – truth, righteousness, peace, love and non-violence.  Millions of devotees flocked to Puttaparthi from around the world to receive his blessings.  Bhagwan left his body on Easter Sunday, 2011.  Prasanthi Nilayam, his abode in south India now has his samadhi place where devotees still flock, to receive his darshan.
