****Sharing the story of a Devotte - Hari Bavu Karnik***** Karnik came to Shirdi on Guru Poornima day in 1917. He worshiped Baba and gave him clothes and dakshina. While he was going down the steps of the mosque, he thought of giving one more rupee as dakshina. As there was a convention that one should not go back to see Baba after taking leave of him, he started his journey back home. On the way he visited the temple of Kala Ram in Nashik. While he was coming out a yogi named Narasingh Maharaj, who was talking with his disciples, left them and came to Hari Bavu, and catching hold of his hand firmly, said "Give me my one rupee." Hari Bavu was surprised that Sai Baba was taking a rupee through this yogi and gave the coin to him. All yogis are one. All Gods are one. In fact, there is no difference between yogis and Gods. Thus, Baba collected the amounts which devotees had vowed to offer other Gods but forgot to fulfill their vows.

SaiBaba made eleven assurances to his devotees. Just thought to Share with you all. 1. Whosoever puts their feet on Shirdi soil, their sufferings will come to an end. 2. The wretched and miserable will rise to joy and happiness as soon as they climb the steps of my Samadhi. 3. I shall be ever active and vigorous even after leaving this earthly body. 4. My tomb shall bless and speak to the needs of my devotees. 5. I shall be active and vigorous even from my tomb. 6. My mortal remains will speak from my tomb. 7. I am ever living to help and guide all who come to me, who surrender to me and who seek refuge in me. 8. If you look to me, I look to you. 9. If you cast your burden on me, I shall surely bear it. 10. If you seek my advice and help, it shall be given to you at once. 11. There shall be no want in the house of my devotee.

Thought to Share the below story with you all. There is the story of one Rao Bahadur Moreshwar Fradhan who had come to Shirdi to take Sai Baba's darshan along with his wife. As the couple were about to leave, it began to rain heavily. Thunder and lightning rent the air. As the Pradhan couple looked round in dismay, Sai Baba prayed. "Oh Allah!" he intoned, "let the rains cease. My children are going home. Let them go peacefully!" The storm thereupon ceased, the downpour reduced to slight drizzle and the Pradhans were able to reach their destination safely.

My whole family is Sai baba devotee. Since childhood i had many visits to Shirdi. my grandfather used to tell us Sai baba story and we my siblings used to hear whole heartly. Even in our village we used to have Sai baba pooja every alternate month and we participate actively. Baba's love is so immense that you feel every moment if you are connected with him. It feel like he is always with you, just need to close eyes and remember him. JAI SAI RAM....

I went to Shirdi first time with my collage friends and it was just a adventure to us initially. we reached Shirdi in the night and stayed at a private lauge. the accomodation was ok for 2 nights in Shirdi. we got up early in the morning and stood in the queue for Darshan. till that time we were not really serious abt the Sai baba. it was just a fun for all of us and we were cracking jokes and all. when i reached to samadhi place I was astonished to see the Sai baba idol. it was decorated in green cloths and was looking beautiful. i sat on the floor and keep looking at the idol and even forgott to blink my eyes. it was such a beautiful experience i cant explain. all my friends were serious and the whole day i remember we were very quiet. we realised the reality of baba and felt the blessings. it was indeed a great exp. Jai Sai Ram.....

I visited Shridi first time in October 2003. By that time I wasn't a devotee of Baba but I had heard many many stories of Sai Baba. When I gone to Mumbai first time in 2003 , I thought to visit Shirdi once I get the job. I got the job in MNC in very first month after my arrival to Mumbai and then I was ready to go to Shirdi all alone. It was a pleasant overnight journey to Shirdi from Mumbai. I reached to Shirdi @ 4:00 AM and I had the darshan @ around 7:am. It was very pleasant and very spiritual experience to see Sai Baba Samadhi place. That day first time I was well connected with Baba. After Darshan, I went to Shani Signapur for Lord Shani Darsan. The trip to Shani Signapur was pleasant too and by late evening I was back to Mumbai with blessings and memories of Sai Baba...May Baba bless you all who reading this post...

We visited Shirdi along with our family in DEC 2016. It was always a great devotional feeling to go to Shirdi and is one most definitely one of favorite. We had to stay in the sai samaj rooms and the rooms are okay for temporary stay. We stood in line for darshan at 10 in the morning and by the come we came out of the temple it was 1.00 PM. It took us about 3 hours which i believe is moderate as the long ques sometime can go for 10 hrs together. Overall it was a pleasant experience altogether.
